Pachi - PD101872
Pachi is a Podenco X breed. Born in June 2020. He weighs around 11-12kgs. He’s vaccinated,
blood tested clear, castrated, microchipped and passported.
Pachi was found abandoned in the campo where he had been sighted wandering around for
some days. Happily he is now safely in foster care with the lady who picked him up.
Pachi gets on well with his foster carer’s mother’s larger dog and loves playing with him. Much
to his initial surprise Pachi is sharing the house with around 20 cats. Pachi is fine with the
domesticated savvy cats in the house, he sleeps with his favourites and grooms and plays with
them. He’s not so good with some of the rescue semi feral cats that mostly live in the spacious
garage. He’ll chase any that hiss at him and show aggression towards him, but he has never
harmed any of them.
Pachi soon got used to living in a home. He’s clean in the house and doesn’t not cause any
damage when left on his own. His only misdemeanour being to rip up tissues or any paper left
lying around!
Pachi is always walked on a lead, most of the walks are in the streets around a small town.
He’s not aggressive when he sees other dogs, his usual behaviour is to be excited and want to
play. Because of his heritage his foster carer has not yet walked him off lead, in the
countryside as he is easily distracted by the sights, sounds and smells. He is of course of lead
in the dog park.
There are no children in the household, the only thing that the foster carer has observed is that
if he meets any in the streets he tends to get excited and want to play. Without doubt, he’s an
excitable, energetic playful young dog who very jumpy when playing. He hasn’t displayed any
malice.
