SOFIA & CELIA RD 201784 & RD 201785

Sofia and Celia must be adopted together as they have always been very dependent upon each other.

PEPA is helping to advertise Sofia and Celia on behalf of their owner who is back in the UK after suffering 2 bad falls which together resulted in brain bleeds and a badly broken hip. On top of this she is now also suffering with post operative delirium and is not going to be able to return to Spain. Sofia and Celia are still living on the property and have access to both the house and garden. They are being fed by a neighbour, but it is not a good life

for them.

This is a very sad case, their owner had rescued and adopted many cats and dogs over the years that she was living in Spain and is now asking for help with her remaining 2 dogs. A truly genuine situation.

Sofia and Celia were rescued from a dog pound in Valencia when they were around 1 year old. Sofia had a bad head injury and would not have survived if left there. Their owner also took Celia as it was apparent that the sisters were totally united and could not be split up.

Both Sofia and Celia are happy and sociable girls who fitted in straight away with the other dogs and cats in the household. Both are very good with cats, in fact Sofia is a cat magnet as can be seen in the photos! Celia has been diagnosed with low level Leishmania and is taking half a tablet allopurinol and 1 silarine a day It would be so great to be able to find a home for Sofia and Celia.

Please telephone the PEPA helpline on 650 304 746 or email p.e.p.a.animalcharity@gmail.com for more information about Sofia and Celia and how you

can help them.
