DARMA is a gorgeous dog who is so happy to receive any love and affection that comes her way. Not surprising because she had previously had a hard unloved life, poor girl.
DARMA’s history is so heartrending. She has spent nearly all her life in a shed that is until a kind lady heard her cries and started to feed her through the gap under the door. The stench coming for the shed was overwhelming. The lady went day after day in the hope of seeing the owner. She left notes on the shed door asking if she could please have DARMA. He refused, but the lady didn’t give in. She contacted the police and eventually she met the owner again and this time he agreed to let DARMA have her freedom.
The lady took DARMA home she was so pleased to be free at last. Unfortunately the lady cannot keep DARMA as she has around 12 cats and DARMA is not good with cats – BUT she is good with other dogs). Additionally the lady has elderly infirm parents living with her, they are very frail and are wary of having a big dog around the place who has suddenly found her freedom from a life spent in a shed.
The lovely DARMA has such a lot of love to give, she’s like a young dog since she’s been given freedom from the shed – and since she’s also been given the love and attention that she’s never had before. Please don’t overlook her.
