Alexa’s story she came to us from the Perrera with an injured neck and leg when she was only a few months old. She had we think been caught in a trap. Despite much effort to try and save her leg sadly we lost the battle in January this year and her leg was amputated. Poor Alexa had been wearing a cone around her neck since she was a puppy. She is now enjoying her freedom and finally being able to be a puppy. She zooms around the beach such a happy girl. With everything she had done to her she has never moaned once,  behaved impeccably when she was receiving treatment without complaining a truely lovely natured dog.

Alexa gets on very well with other dogs and loves playing with them. She is in a foster home with other dogs.  She has the most amazingly wonderful temperament. She is now ready finally to go to a home of her own. She deserves to have a really lovely home.
